How to cancel your Hemory subscription

Hemory Standard is delivered as an Apple App Store auto-renewable subscription. All cancellations, refunds and billing changes are managed in iOS Settings.

Cancel

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap [Your Name] at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Choose Hemory Standard, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Switch between monthly and yearly

The billing cycle change takes effect at the next renewal date, not immediately.

Request a refund

Refunds are handled directly by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
